Canellation Policy

We understand that unexpected things happen, however please be kind enough to cancel your appointment at least 10 hours in advance.  This is because we cannot schedule anyone else in your time slot, if you cancel late or are a no-show.  Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the schedule service price.  All no-shows will be charged at full price value.  It is also recommended arriving 10 minutes prior to your appointment, so you can relax a few minutes before our session.  If we are coming to meet you, please have yourself, and your dog ready to start on time.  We cannot ensure your full service time if you arrive late or you are not ready to start upon arrival.  We appreciate your business and these policies help assure that you have an amazing experience with us.
